Since 2016, Tamar has been at the helm of Aisitec Ltd., a Georgian company that specializes in software development and consulting services. Under her leadership, the company has expanded its offerings to include off-the-shelf products available as SaaS solutions or for on-premises installation. Tamar’s entrepreneurial spirit extends to co-founding BiteriumAI, an AI-based startup that went public in 2022. The company focuses on digital personalized nursing to combat high blood pressure and prevent cardiovascular disease with evidence-based recommendations. Tamar’s journey in technology includes significant milestones, such as her instrumental role in Fortunejack.com’s transformation into a top Bitcoin casino. She also gained valuable experience working with Heckel Medizintechnik GmbH, contributing to the development of medical software.

Tamar is a passionate advocate for women in tech, sharing her knowledge through lectures at universities and striving to shatter stereotypes about women in technology.
